Annual Membership Fee
We charge an annual fee of fifty-nine dollars and ninety-nine cents ($59.99) for our services. There's no limit to the number of float plans you can file. When all goes smoothly and you check-in from your journey you will not pay additional fees. In the unlikey event things don't go as planned and something keeps you from making it back to port, we will begin to call out on your behalf.
Additional charges -- Only If We Call Out For You
If you have not checked-in from your trip by your scheduled time, our staff will begin to execute call out procedures. Initially a staff member will attempt to contact you directly at the telephone number you have provided. That call will result in you being charged a one time fee of ten dollars ($10).
If contact has not been made with you the staff member will attempt to reach the emergency contact person you designated by calling the telephone number you have provided. That call will result in you being charged a one time fee of ten dollars ($10).
If your emergency contact cannot be reached or cannot vouch for your safety, our staff will contact the local authorities and/or the Coast Guard. You will be reported as overdue and missing, and the float plan you have filed with us will be relayed to all relevant parties. The call or set of calls placed to emergency services on your behalf will result in you being charged a one time fee of two-hundred-fifty dollars ($250).
That's It
There are no hidden charges. Now, go out, be safe, and enjoy your time on the water.
